Pyxsoft Computing Ltd. - Terms of Service Agreement

By accessing or using the Pyxsoft Antimalware & WAF service ("the Service") provided by Pyxsoft Computing Ltd., you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service includes a malware scanner, an integrated Web Application Firewall (WAF), and optimizations for increased website speed. It is designed for some Linux based servers as indicated in the installation instructions.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Use of the Service

You agree not to engage in any activity that may interfere with the proper functioning of the Service or violate applicable laws. You are solely responsible for the content you upload or transmit through the Service.

5. Payment and Billing

If applicable, you agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service as outlined in the pricing and billing terms.

6. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you. By using the Service, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination of Service

Pyxsoft Computing Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause.

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. Pyxsoft Computing Ltd. does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pyxsoft Computing Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

Pyxsoft Computing Ltd. reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Subscription Cancellation and Refunds

  • 11.1 Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your license remains active until the end of the current billing period.

  • 11.2 Refunds: Every purchase is backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the order completion date.

  • 11.3 Merchant of Record: Pyxsoft sells the Service through Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy processes all payments and refunds. Refund requests can be made by contacting info@pyxsoft.com or Lemon Squeezy buyer support.

12. Communication of Changes

Users will be notified of changes to subscription terms and billing practices via the email address associated with their account. It is the user's responsibility to keep this contact information up to date.
